Mountain Gate came up to reinstall the balcony railing. Here everyone is waiting for the guys up stairs to get ready...

Mike worked on electric projects, finished installing all outlet and switch plates for final inspection, and supervised - giving Kelli a nice break from the constant flow of questions and decisions.

John installed nose trim on the hangar and garage stairs, trimmed out the steps to the exercise room, modified the cold air return duct opening in order to receive the new metal filter holder, and shimmed up the registers and floor outlets so that they are now flush with the tile...

Kelli did more grout chipping work before moving on to a much more enjoyable job -- sanding and oiling the Ipé deck railing caps...

After a long day, Mike tries out the "new to us" telescope given to us by Kelli's parents...
