Kelli left Trinity Center at 11:00 a.m. for the drive down to the Bay Area to finish up a sailing class this weekend. She stopped in Redding to buy more deck screws, order our final light fixtures -- closets and hangar sink -- and to pick up the window sill tile that was getting bullnosed.
Redding was 102 degree at 4:00 p.m. And as Murphy's Law goes, the truck's air conditioning died in Redding. So it was a toasty drive down the Sacramento Valley.
