Day 416 - GeoDeck

Tuesday , July 11 -- Ken and I made a run to Medford, Oregon today to pick up the GeoDeck deck planks and more concrete colorant for the El Dorado stone mortar and color for the front step mortar. We left about noon and got back at 7:00 p.m.

BeeBee's Water Systems came up after lunch to start the installation of our water filter system. They will be back tomorrow...

Pete and John continued the stone work...

Dave oversaw the water system work and installed the last undercabinet light fixture...

Other installed lights that Dave got done the last few days...

Yesterday I drove up from the Bay Area after teaching the first weekend of a sailing class. While in Redding, I picked up the fasteners for the deck planks, the last undercabinet light, and searched for the stainless steel screws that we need for the deck. I got to TC about 7:00 p.m.

For those of you who know our Chevy van... it made the trip up from the Bay Area in pretty good shape despite the hot temperatures in the Central Valley. I did have to perform a little CPR in Redding due to a leaking power steering reservoir. The van made it to TC with no other problem and is now under doctor care.
